actually the coffin unlock in Red Moon Manor is way more nuanced than people are giving credit for. you have to survive exactly 15 minutes while avoiding the reverse curse spawns from patch 4.2.1, which only trigger if your weapon level exceeds 22 with Malice equipped, otherwise you just get the blue coffin instead of red
