The translucent green Xbox Series X25 limited edition is reportedly priced at €899.99 and set for a November 27 Black Friday launch, matching the cost of a standard PS5 Pro while delivering the same hardware as the current 1TB disc-drive Series X.

Leaked details from Dealabs via billbil-kun place the console €100 above the recently adjusted €799.99 price of the standard model, with the premium tied to the nostalgic OG Green translucent shell, illuminated X logo, and bundled matching controller. The controller itself is expected to arrive earlier in October, available separately as well. Official confirmation is anticipated at Gamescom next week.

This pricing lands amid broader industry cost pressures from rising memory and component expenses linked to AI data centers, following multiple Xbox price adjustments earlier this year. The design nods directly to the original 2001 Xbox, a move intended to appeal to longtime fans despite the console's late-cycle timing and functional equivalence to the standard edition.

Microsoft has yet to comment on the leak or confirm regional availability beyond Europe.
