Watchtower Chest Key drops best from crucified effigies near Supreme Hall or the Einherjar Ship Grave area itself.

Einherjar Ship Grave key gets you underground to the actual shipwreck loot chamber after the ladder drop, but watch for PvP players and high-tier PvE mobs before you pop it. Community chatter on X is mostly streamers handing out launch keys and farming guides, not deep drama yet.
