LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is flipping the script with the Mayhem Collection DLC, letting players go full villain mode as The Joker and Harley Quinn starting September 18 on Xbox Series X|S. TT Games cooked up a fresh story mission that retells Harley's origin as Dr. Harleen Quinzel meeting the Clown Prince, complete with an Arkham Asylum breakout and a chaotic going-away party sing-along. Cutscenes hit that nostalgic 4:3 ratio straight out of Batman: The Animated Series, and there's even a shop called Sorkin’s Gems paying tribute to the late Arleen Sorkin, Harley's original voice.
After the breakout, the duo sets up shop in a customizable hideout under the Funhouse at Amusement Mile, where you slap down Joker and Harley props and spend studs on upgrades. Mayhem Mode drops you into timed runs across a locked-down North Island—rob shops, smash ATMs, tag graffiti, jack vehicles, and brawl with A.R.G.U.S. agents plus Task Force X baddies like Deathstroke and Deadshot while Batman and Robin chase you down. New gadgets push a run-and-gun vibe, Henchmaster trains rescued inmates into a summonable crew, and 30 fresh outfits round out the villain drip.
Deluxe Edition owners snag it free; everyone else drops $24.99 for the upgrade. X posts are already hyped on the BTAS love letter and Sorkin nod, with some side-eye about the timed runs cramping that classic LEGO open-world chill.
L + ratio + this DLC is goated for anyone who wanted to clown around as the rogues instead of the Bat-family.
