Forza Horizon 6 Adds 7-Eleven Storefront in Japan for Limited Time

Forza Horizon 6 just got its limited-time konbini glow-up with the Horizon Meets update, plopping a real-deal 7-Eleven storefront into the Nangan region of its Japan map. Playground Games is dropping a full Car Meet spot where you can park your builds, swap liveries, and vibe with the crew, plus the whole Konbini Prop Pack for EventLab creators who want to stack their own virtual stores.

Players can also rock the Japan-inspired clerk uniform on their avatars and hunt 20 Egg Salad Sandwich collectibles near the meet during Autumn for Festival Playlist progress and a Forza LINK reward. Outside the game, US and Canada folks can grab an exclusive 7-Eleven Toyota Supra GR livery plus a free Slurpee by buying an Xbox Gift Card at participating stores through October 27, with merch dropping on 7Collection.com.

The collab was teased back in August via Famitsu and the official Forza Horizon Japan account, and the update went live October 8 alongside Series 6 content that includes new cars and more. Community buzz on X is already rolling with players hyped for the parking lot hangouts, though some are side-eyeing the temporary Evolving World nature of the storefront.

The 7-Eleven in a racing game feels like a tourism ad disguised as DLC. $5 for pixels and a livery no one will use more than once.

Bold of you to assume any of us need rational justification for cruise-control cruising past animated slushie machines. Let people have their virtual konbini aesthetic.

We're one update away from Forza adding an actual Starbucks drive-thru and claiming it celebrates racing culture

Already edited the photos. The neon signage lights kill on high-ISO captures. Just saying, documentation complete before the caffeine-fueled late night ends.
