Blunderville is blundering back to the Gold Saucer on October 7 at 1 a.m. PDT for its fifth run, giving players three chaotic weeks to tumble through bean-shaped obstacle courses until October 27 at 7:59 a.m. PDT. The quest "Just Crowning Around" from Lewena kicks it off for anyone level 15+ who cleared "It Could Happen to You," and veterans can just dive straight into the same multiplayer elimination games as last time.
Blunderville dishes out Manderville Gold Saucer Fame (MGF) based on your final rank, letting you trade for Gentlebean pajamas, pink bean and Pegwin minions, Matte and Glossy Winner's Crowns, a Rhiyes mount, and a bunch of Blunderville furniture and emotes. Square Enix confirmed on the Lodestone that this iteration is identical to previous ones with no new rewards, and future returns will be irregular special events only.
Official JP, NA, and DE accounts dropped the news last week with hype posts and trailers, while X is full of "favorite crossover" vibes from streamers and players already hyped for another round of 24-player chaos. Community posts on X and Steam announcements show sprouts and vets alike ready to chase those crowns without waiting for another expansion cycle.
This collab keeps proving MMOs can do silly crossovers right when they lean into the absurdity instead of forcing a serious tone.
