EA Sports FC 26 is apparently pulling almost 10 million daily active users, and that Steam peak of 122K concurrent players is looking like a rounding error next to the real story.

YouTuber Nate Miller (TheFutAccountant) dropped the claim after chatting with an EA dev who laughed off the public Steam numbers. The insider allegedly confirmed a 9.8 million DAU peak hit in late June or July, with consoles carrying the bulk of the load while PC splits between Steam and the EA App. Miller also floated 800K live players in Clubs mode as another data point.

World Cup hype and in-game content clearly moved the needle, keeping the game thriving well into its lifecycle instead of the usual pre-sequel dip. If the figure holds, it's a monster live service win for EA right as the company eyes that big private equity deal.
