Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival now carries the Switch 2 alongside its PS5, Xbox Series, and PC editions, all dropping October 8. Saber Interactive and Boss Team Games confirmed the expanded lineup in a fresh pre-order trailer, giving Nintendo’s successor hardware a slice of the Hellraiser canon.

The game casts players as Aidan, who wields the Genesis Configuration puzzle box to navigate the Labyrinth, battle Cenobites and cultists, and rescue his girlfriend Sunny. Key mechanics include pyrokinesis, telekinesis, Hell Chains for combat and puzzle-solving, plus melee weapons that break over time and resource crafting. Pinhead returns voiced by Doug Bradley, with the story described as a new chapter that kicks off his ritual of exquisite torment.

An ESRB rating had already hinted at a Switch 2 version months earlier, and community chatter on X has been quick to note the multiplatform push. Early hands-on impressions from last year’s Gamescom demo highlighted the game’s commitment to graphic horror, including full-frontal elements and intense chase sequences with the Chatterer.

Porting this level of fidelity and content to the Switch 2 will test the hardware’s limits, but the announcement signals Saber and Boss Team are betting on broader reach for their new nightmare in the Hellraiser universe.
