Call of Duty Mobile Season 4 drops the Godzilla x Kong collab like a nuke on a kaiju beach party nobody asked for, but the whales are already frothing at the mouth for those Titan draws. Eternal Prison launches April 22, slamming Rebirth Island into both Battle Royale and the brand-new DMZ: Recon mode with radiation fog, a Nikto boss that spawns on the rooftop with riot shield backup, submarine missile spam, dual-switch extractions that trigger fights, crafting recipes, and Ultimate-tier periodic table loot. The Toxic Overload class locks down lanes with radiation that slows and melts fools. New DP27 LMG comes free in the Battle Pass with its stupid pan magazine, plus a Mythic Necrotic Reliquary version that looks like it crawled out of a grave.

The Monsterverse skins are pure cash-grab porn: ARMOR: Godzilla on Cassius, Cosmic Silverback B.E.A.S.T. for Kong vibes, Godzilla Draw with HVK-30 that changes visuals on kills, Kong Draw with the Chopper LMG inspired by the B.E.A.S.T. glove. Do a bunch of tasks to harvest Hollow Earth energy and pick your titan powers for rewards. Reddit's already calling the whole season an "eternal prison" for the playerbase stuck grinding these gacha traps while the F2P plebs get scraps.

This is Activision doing what they do best: recycle a Warzone map, slap big lizard and monkey skins on everything, and hope the mobile addicts keep swiping. Rebirth getting graphical upgrades and unlimited respawns in Resurgence is cool on paper, but when the radiation zone closes in and Nikto drops, most squads will still die to the same old campers. Nobody needed giant monsters in their sweaty mobile deathmatches, yet here we are pissing on the grave of restraint while the Battle Pass Vault tempts you with old seasons. Highguard-level dead game energy, just with better production values and titan roars.
